Crime and Punishment
-It is certainly true that to reduce crime, countries must increase security policies for their citizens. Even with a public authority like the police, in a society without policies promoting morality and civic ethics, there will always be crime. I do agree with the death penalty. There are crimes that deserve very severe punishments, such as the implementation of death as a punishment. We would also be committing a crime from an ethical and moral point of view, but for atrocities, it is better.
